And the so called janitor only comes around to do the dirty work of the slum lord or once every three months. Besides the one water heater feeding five units and the one washer and dryer in the basement the building is infested with mice and they figure just throw a couple of glue traps your way and it will slove the problem... If you are looking DONT NOT MOVE HERE. YOU WILL WANT TO SHOOT YOURSELF AFTER THE FIRST THREE MONTHS.
