Lake Grove Village is a property managed by East Lake Management Company. This particular property is managed by the biggest group of lazy, incompetent, most unprofessional individuals ever! The buidings are unkept, the elevators are filthy and urine stained. There are pest, water leakage, and smelly stairwells. Be careful although you live there they may tow your vehicle on any given day and leave you with the charges. Despite the fact that things not very well maintained and that it takes forever for them to do simple maintenece, once the first of the month rolls around be ready to pay them in full or else. The only thing that they are consist about is collecting the rent. I wouldn't want my dog to live here, oh but you will run into a few of those because despite the no pets rule certain individuals are allowed this privillage.
