Apartment Review for Lawless Garden Apartments - Chicago, IL

The Complex is peacful for the most part. There are snotty tenants. Well there's a mix of people living in the complex. No middle class just the working poor. Living pay check to pay check. So with that comes obstacles. Latch key children and slight gang violence. People have been robbed around income tax time and apt's have been broken into. The management is always changing. The new manager is "wishy washy" and I quote from a admistrative assistant "You have to catch him on a good day". This manager screens his calls and treats tenants as if their unimportant and quiet lucky to live in Lawless. I would describe him as biased" The good points is Lawless is steps from the lake. It's subsidizsed and this helps with surving in Chicago, parking is available at no fee, shopping is nearby so you take the good with the ugly.
