Do not rent from them! I would not give another penny to these people. While the apartment is nice and the neighborhood is great, you can find these things anywhere in the city and with much better management staff. From day one, they have been terrible and it only gets worse. Just take a walk down Eastlake Terrace and talk to anyone on the street - Lee Street's awful reputation is well known.
