Apartment Review for M. Fishman & Co. - Chicago, IL

Up and coming neighborhood status raised rents in most of this area but our rent is reasonable. Excellent space. Floor to ceiling windows (almost). Tenent are young, good for artists and students, pet friendly, bills are not included but cheap. Apartment is always cold, no need for A/C. Maintinence is slooow, and always get a reciept for your rent, but there is easy (free) street parking. Some aspects of the neighborhood are shady but this street is very safe and the view of the boulevard is great. Lots of trees, near restraunts, shopping and public trans, I love our neighborhood.
