Apartment Review for Mayfair Apartments - Chicago, IL

This building is so terrible. The manager is such a liar. She said that the studio apartment looks like the model, but it does not at all! She also lets the maintenance men in the apartment to fix something without even sending a notification. So who knows how many times they have been in here. Also the maintenance men tell all the other tenants what is in your apartment. The tenants are so ridiculous and evil. They stand on the stairwell and bang on my wall all night for no reason. They act like I did something to them, but they never came to my door and told me this. It's a bunch of annoying immature college kids that just yell and run up and down the hall. I feel like I'm in a damn dorm. Then the tenants get mad when someone responds back to their inconsiderate actions. The faucets in the kitchen and bathroom are basically falling apart and the apartment looks like crap. When the service men fix things, the do it halfway. It is not safe for children to stay here due to the number of times that the service men come in here. The building smells like gas all the time too. The tenants are extremely nosy and evil. The neighborhood is nice, but this building is bad.
