I recently moved into this building, primarily because of the location affordable rent. I am a student at UofC and needed affordable housing. I just want to say that I have been here for over a year and I LOVE my studio apartment! The view is awesome and I am minutes away from Lake Shore Drive and the Lakefront! I feel totally safe here and I haven't had any problems.  Need to rent an apartment?
