Apartment Review for Midway Gardens Apartments - Chicago, IL

This place is atrocious. Vermin everywhere, uncooperative staff members, bad maintenance conditions (as in constant hot water problems, numerous floods, and dirty hallways), and rent increase galore. I had to laugh at some of these reviews (most likely by the Midway Gardens' staff, as someone sent them the bad reviews as an attempt at a wake-up call), because people are moving out of this building left and right and is pretty much vacant, due to the conditions. Don't let them fool you. If you really want to find out about the building, try talking to some of the current residents in it when you look at their model apartment. They will tell you an entirely different--and more accurate--account than the staff will.
