Apartment Review for Penthouse Building - Chicago, IL

I hate it when people move into places and think for cheap rent, they will get the Ritz like the other review. With that said, for the area and for the rent you pay, this is a really great deal. Close to everything (the lake, the bus, nightlife, shopping). I lived here for 2 years and had to move for work, but would definitely move back if ever needing to move back to the area. Also, parking for rent onsite - which, believe me - in the area is a definite plus. Loved the sundeck!
