Apartment Review for Pine Grove Apartments - Chicago, IL

I lived here for a year, Feb/05-Feb/06 and it was awful. The apt itself was fine, but the building was deplorable. The building was full of young drunkards who used to urinate in the carpeted elevators. It took 3 months for the building management to clean the carpets. I had to resort to walking the five flights of stairs because the stench was too bad. Also, I had items go missing from my apt after maintenance had been in the apt (and I had no visitors myself during the time for whom I could accuse). Awful awful awful place.
