Slow and inconsidderate management is a big problem. After requests are made it generaly takes a couple weeks to hear back from them if at all. This coupled with the rent being outragous for such a delapidated building is causing me to move out ASAP. Security is so minimal that I once had to fight off some one trying to mug me at the buildings front door.  Need to rent an apartment?
