Apartment Review for Planned Property Management - Chicago, IL

I actually live at the 3510 N Pine Grove, still a dump. This is the worst company ever, I have had nothing but problems since I moved in. On my second night in my unit the ceiling fan hit me on the head. Then since September my ceiling above my toliet has been leaking. They fix it and then it leaks again, and now it is worse than ever before and all they keep doing is making excuses. It is sad I have had to go to the extreme of calling to get a building inspector and turning them into the BBB.
