You want cheap rent horrible management and a building stuck in the 1950's. The homeowner's never listen to you who coincidentally enough is the owner of the management company. It's a joke. The lady that owns the management company and on the board Dorothy is impossible to deal with. God bless her. I would run from this place as far as possible.  Need to rent an apartment?
