Apartment Review for Port Glasgow - Chicago, IL

when I first moved in I thought it was perfect. I should have known because when I looked at the place someone was living there in the process of being evicted.the tenant told me the reason she didn't pay rent was because the landlord never fixes anything something is always wrong with something. I found out for myself the place is garbage he's so cheap he doesn' even turn on the heat the toilet doesn't flush water leaks from upstairs it's a big hole in the ceiling from the leak he called his self fixing the plumbing but only made it worse he had to cut into the wall he never fixed that. It's alot of other things wrong but I don't know if you have time to read everything.
