Apartment Review for The Prairie Shores Apartments - Chicago, IL

I just moved in to a unit at 2951. The application process was not pleasant. Patricia was my leasing agent. She was nice and professional. Customer service was not at it's potential. Their application approval take 3-5 business days when other apts approved me same day. No calls with an update on your application either. Move in: the unit was clean and decent not fancy. So far, any request of maintenance has been taken care of same day. My heat works, actually too much heat for me, had the windows unsealed to let air in. The staff as a whole could be more organized and consistant with the move in process. I'll post another review every 3 months.
