Apartment Review for Presidential Towers - Chicago, IL

I thought that it would be great at first, but I was wrong. The actual studio is nice, I will say that much. However the management is awful. They are very rude and do not treat residents very well. My key card for the parking garage was shut off with out warning on a friday night. Parking is 175/month, which I pay every month. Apparently a mistake was made and my card should not have been turned off. I had to suffer all weekend, by not being able to park in the garage. The reason I pay to park there is for conveinence of not having to search for a spot, especially in the extreme cold. I wrote a letter expressing my concern to the management. They responded by sending me a very rude letter, pretty much telling me they could care less. There have been other problems with the management as well. I would not recomend considering presidential towers to my worst enemy!
