I used to live there in 2004 and we had the same issues, peeping toms and all. our upstairs neighbor was robbed. i would never recommend this place in a million years. oh and don't forget about all the mold. don't plan on sleeping unless you have an arsenal of weapons handy and have the phone in hand with 9-1 dialed waiting to punch in the last 1.
