Apartment Review for Tocal Management - Chicago, IL

I've lived in two different buildings owned by this company. Both were great for the money--very reasonable. The neighborhood is really safe and the landlord is very concerned about the upkeep and maintenance. The people are very nice (management and neighbors included) and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a nice space, in a safe area without spending an arm and a leg.
