They charge you a lot of extra fees upon moving, despite the management telling you that the "administrative fee" will be used. They are getting around the law by calling their security deposit an administrative fee and thus, not having to give it back. BEWARE OF THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!  Need to rent an apartment?
